I decided I want to make a good char who's supplementary damage comes from wreath of lightning.. mainly because it looks really bad ass and I want my char to look like it has permanent conduit and own

I am thinking barb or monk.

I use thunderfury (330% weapon damage chain lightning on hit) and shard of hate (makes charged bolts on attacks) with stacked lightning damage on my monk and it does really well. I dont have to stack much dps which has given me the chance to stack armor, all res and life on hit making her pretty bloody tough. And the lightning does a shitload of damage. And before someone corrects me about using shard of hate as an offhand. Ive tried all the others including odin and the lightning damage fist and shard of hate still kills the fastest as an offhand.
