So.. I've never had this problem before in vanilla d3, but recently started playing again and bought the expansion and I'm getting these freezes.

Mostly when I'm teleporting to someone , or changing levels of the map etc. But also sometimes when i'm playing the screen freezes.

The game continues in the background, but my screen is stuck or black. I can hear everything that's happening, and can even press around on the black screen and move. And teleport back to town etc etc.

Anyone know what's causing this problem to happen?

Really appriciate some help with this.

It's running full screen. And also tested with windows mode. Same story.

Then what are you even doing in the " Diablo 3 Discussion " section if you think it's a shit game?

Sure the place is appropriate but there are many ways to express your opinion.
If you ask someone for opinions and they say "it's shit", I'm sure you're satisfied.

I was just giving him options for a solution, he asked why i was in here.
