Are there any powerleveling methods for new start that work wonders right now?

Season start with lvl 70 chars

I dunno any new method but I know one old trick.

It's called "play the game".

A bit hard to execute, I know. Some people tried it and couldn't manage.
Now they stopped playing and called game's shit. A few people still play and called game's shit.

Rift is a good place to play the game from my research.

Shouldn't be too hard although you want to get Kanai's cube and then find the recipes you need to be overpowered.
