So Ive recently started playing D3 again, and im curious as to the fastest farming method.

Is it now high level Grifts or reg. rifts just as good?

Wondering because blizz is ridiculous and basically ruined any economy or trading post, it takes for ever to do anything with out a community in this game.

Are you 70 already or almost 70?

If you're 70 - is your gear crap?

2.3 is about to launch and it will change the way rifts and greater rifts work so my method for getting some decent gear sets won't be viable anymore.

I did the slow roll grit method for awhile. It's explained very well in this video:



Slow rolling won't be possible (I just learned this from someone else!) once they launch 2.3 and change the way you enter greater rifts.

Otherwise, join a T6 public Rift game and mooch along and wait for legendaries to drop. I, sadly, was rejoining games until getting a high paragon barb or demon hunter I could follow along. The more chinese characters in their name, the better typically.
It was a good way to get some gear until I could start solo'ing GRifts. After awhile you can do the 1 > 11 > 21 > etc method with GRifts but I get bored with that easily.

Don't forget bounties in Act 1 for your ring if you need one.

I think the best way for legendaries though is the GRift flip (1 > 11 > 21 > etc) but I actually like joining the public rift games now that my gear is acceptable there. I seem to get better drops even if they're not as often.

My gear is acceptable I can handle 41-44 grift range. Just takes so long.

I have seen multiple videos on the slow roll method just was unsure of it potential

Im at the stage of looking for a few key upgrades before 2.3 and its just taking for ever to find them.

If you're in the 40s then farm up some GRift Keystones and start going at it. Start at 1 - beat as fast as possible - upgrade - take upgraded key to kiosk - beat as fast as possible - upgrade - etc.
You'll hit a point where you can't really go any farther or faster and you'll know that's when it's time to start at 1 again.

The legendaries I can get in my bag doing this is insane. So many (never a fucking ceremonial dagger) from this method.

Best farming method is to find a group to do speed grifts (low 40s)

You get maximum bloodshard drops, more legendaries, and a chance for lootshare if group has same class.

kill monsters

Plant seeds in early spring and wake up each morning to water and care for them

Grind and you will get better stuff. The better your stuff is the more you have to grind to get improvement That is d3 game play explained. Basically you run around and push buttons.
