Blue post said there will be another PTR patch (dont know when thou) and the balance of the classes needs to fine tuned SSS monks are doing 70+, while the other classes are in the mid 60's and WD low 60.

Im hoping for a mid august release but end of august seems to the better guess seeing as it took 3 weeks to get a PTR patch out and since there will be another patch begin/mid august seems to be a bit to optimistic. (Unless this patch is only small changes and doesnt require a leaderboard or a PTR wipe)
