CoE would be a better choice prolly unless you have a gg perfect ancient 200%, it'd be easier to farm a good rolled rorg since the passive is always the same and its essentially perfect rolled passive (duh its not a variable) also opens up full tals and focus + restraint as an option with huge meteor dmg

armor i think a popular pick for classes without a "class specific passive" boost (barbs with ancients shoulders, monks got that exploding palm shit) would be strong arm bracers coupled with a % knockback on hit bracer, basically 30% dmg increase

weapon Furnace will be a popular pick, maybe SS if you have a strong ancient weapon already and a non ancient SS. wand of woh builds could also throw that on for a weapon slot enchant and run a higher base dmg item, but furnace would probably be stronger and maybe necessary for higher rift bosses

Rorg has way worse stats than any ring usually. Cubing it is better.
