Does anyone have a list? I swear that obsidian ring of the zodiac isn't proc'ing at all. I also heard the convention of elements might not but I'm not sure about that.

I know for sure leoric crown isnt doing it's function so it wouldnt surprise me if those didnt work, thats the whole point of ptr. Post on official d3 forums so that thy know

PTR bug, sometimes. You need to just go to your cube and re-click on your items on your cube, sometimes. My CoE wasn't working one day, but I had it, I just switched to something else and put back CoE, everything was fine after this.

this was the right answer it seems. Haven't found anything else thats obviously broken but time will tell.
