is hydra/meteor with tal rasha's the only strong build for a wizard or?

i made a wizard as i started d3 again but i'm not a fan of this build feel its kinda weak compared to other classes or?

wizards will be squishy no matter what, but if you like teleporting try this build, also tal but better for solo
