I've been off D3 for a long time. The last time I played there was Inferno dificult and MPX levels.
I know that if I play the game just the way it is I'll find itens, level up... but I want to rush.
I don't know how the game works exacly, so I have some questions and if you are able to answer I would be very thankful:

1) What is the game about now? Playing ladder just like in D2?

2) What is the best way to level up in general?

3) What is the best way to gear up? Is it about crafting or only farming?

4) What is the adventure mode?

5) For solo playing, what is, actually, the best char?

1) Grinding. Since there is no pvp you do nothing but grind.

2) No idea i wouldnt play this game if i were offered an hourly wage

1) no D2 ladder you tried to reach a cap as fast as possible, with death penaltys. D3 got no cap or anything its endless/mindless grinding until you die irl or quit. There's no winning it's a no-life-meter
2) paragon -> grind in full partys always the same route, route sometimes changes a little by patch but it's still always same mindless stuff || normal lvls idk didnt play ages, old ways got probably nerfed
3) just farm, very little crafting (mystic you can reroll a stat to something you want, i wouldnt call it crafting its retarded)
4) doesnt matter

So I guess everyone here has the same thoughts about D3.

Personally, I never liked D3, tbh. Why? Cause this game isn't Diablo, it does not has Diablo essence. They have done a nice job with D1->D2, they had one nice system and game in hands, but they just fucked up when they tried to mix the Warcraft 3 stats/skills logic: the cooldown skill, damage based on stats... They expanded char types in Diablo 2 adding two others and now, in D3, they just vanished them. I also wonder why they didn't make necromancer as one playable char.

Well the reason why they didn't make a nerco (using necro as an example for everything they didn't do with d3) is because you purchased the game. People told Activision that it is okay to fuck our franchise up. We allowed them to do it and people are still showing support. Hope that helps.

This is so sad... even D3 PvP has no fun.

Just play the game. Its night and day different since you played last. But its still not Diablo 2, so if you are looking for that move on.
