Its decent, but Arcane roll is minimum. If you re-roll the LOH to socket its a 9/10

What uses arcane? 25% is max. Useless legendary attribute. Could have ancient secondary attribute.

the problem with this thinking is that no new builds ever rise from people following others

if other builds become popular, maybe blizz will work with them etc

people just keep abusing cancerous stuff and blizzard completely guts it leaving everything else trash then they release a new cancer

anything works cuz legendary gems op some people just suck

The main point of the amulet not being a trophy has nothing to do with the element anyway..the uselessness of arcane compared to other elements only exacerbates it. I'd still rather be immune to an element than have that secondary, even if it meant lower rolls on other attributes.

yeah but not everybody can find those immunity amulets with useable stats

if there was a popular build that used arcane, this would be a 9.5/10

so this is a 9.5/10

not the items fault blizz sucks at balancing things
