How on the hell can I open a grift on ps3? Been running regular rifts for awhile and can't seem to find what I need to open it.. Any info is much appreciated.

You cannot. PS3/Xbox360 versions were only 4.0 and no further updates are coming out. Grifts were added in 4.0.2 or something like that thus they won't exists in the game.
