I bought the ultimate evil edition of the game ( Reaper of souls and regular d3 )

when i talked to squirt and got the book i can make rings for vitality str dex or int and they use

.1 Writhing Spine
1 Devil's Fang
1 Vengeful Eye

it says online reaper of souls hellfire ring requires :

when i play the game it requires

to craft it....



what is the issue?

also it says in ROS you cant make ring for specifical attribute ( str dex vit )
but i can....

i assume i have ros because i have act 5 and have

I haven't played console in a long time and I could be wrong but im pretty sure you get the new hellfire plan from A4 keywarden much like you do for the machine plans IIRCC GL

Theres a lvl 60 hellfire and a lvl 70 hellfore 70> 60.
