Should I be grinding out Grifts 35 ish which is about my cap?

Should I be grinding normal rifts?

Should I be joining T6 public rift games?

Something else?

gr 35-41 speed runs in groups, ideally 4 of the same character to maximize loot

Gr35 for max exp and loot, also share gear

If he's not fully geared and dies a lot doing those group runs he could feel discouraged.
I've seen a few people doing that and then feeling bored. They end up quitting the game.
Just do some rift runs or even bounties. Level up slowly but surely. Gear yourself properly.
There is no reason to rush. Being the best takes time and patience. Actually learn the game.

t6 in my opinion. just join pubs and get carried by people 1 shotting elite packs. its rng of course but you generally get anywhere from 2-7 legendaries a rift. Grifts can take longer and I've found less efficient if your group isnt good.
