Me and a mate are trying to play through the campaign together again giving d3 one more go, I was wondering what a good level 70 build is without the set bonuses. This is because when I get to 70 we are gonna run rifts and bounties for the sets but I need to know what build I should use before we get our sets

Well. for wizard u can use 2hander weapon, worm hole, and fire meteor the rune that drops many meteors. that is pretty decent for t1-t2 etc.

u can stack fire% dmg and dmg boosters. Also maybe fire bliz or smth
