what build should i go with it? and it rolled attack speed, int, high psn dmg with a socket. should i roll int to dmg % or no (and if i found a box to socket it could i still roll back and use it)? and should i go tal rasha or firebird's?

I sincerely don't think it's worth your time, unfortunately. Attack speed is a wasted attribute, plus it rolled a base socket, which means you can't have 10% damage and 10% RCR/CDR.

Still, if it has really nice base damage, then it might not be too bad, but definitely not ideal. Post image?

attack speed is mostly useless, still i would reroll socket to 10% and use a gift on it, just in case of a wow build with a primary or hydra.
