- 2 new classes: druid and unconfirmed second

- 2 new acts (1 minor, 1 extra large)

- arena / pvp system confirmed, paragon levels will provide additional aesthetic options to heroes, 1v1's and 2v2's, 4 different arena levels confirmed, 3 different arena objective modes

- some significant skill reworks, new graphic team hires have been working to provide an experience that allows players to "... differentiate, in a definite and visual way, every skill..." and "... to experience the rune system in the full way it has always been intended for."

- charm inventory has been added to the game

- "auction house" is being remodeled, no plans for real money to be re-implemented

- it's too bad this stuff isn't happening because the game is bad

- that's it

sad thing is a lot of this wouldn't be too difficult...

and the rest that is difficult would be well within blizzard's abilities... would salvage the game

Pretty funny when I sit and think about the fact that the game was more diverse, challenging, and overall enjoyable with the bare-bones Vanilla than it is now with 2+ years of tweaks and nerfs trying to make the game the way the devs want it to be.

Give me 2013 Diablo over this steaming POS any day of the week.

That being said, trade can never return given the direction they've gone with loot tables and possible item rolls, and I think it's fair to say without trade the game will never return to being semi-popular. A game like this can survive without PvP, it sucks not having it, but it's PvE can be strong enough to carry the brand. Without trade, though, it doesn't even feel like a Diablo game anymore. Feel like I'm playing a solo game of Skyrim with boring gameplay and farming the same cave for 500 hours in hopes of finding a sword I want.

No community aspect left. Game continues to die, slowly and painfully.

From 50+ friends online during Crypt Run era, to 20+ friends online during Season 1, to <4 friends online (at any given point) during S3.

Trade would be easy to implement: Introduce runewords that can't be salvaged into the separate runes anymore, voilla runes are the main trading piece.

Introduce ultra-ancients, which are 10 times rarer than ancients. Voilla, items are being traded.

Introduce a new currency beyond bloodshards and gold which won't get out of hand, and bam... it's all tied up in a pretty red bow.

Major grind, not what I want, but that's back to the basics in three easy steps.

d3 has so many core problems that all these "fixes" and "nerfs" and what not will allways only scratch on the surface of the problem. but they only last for 1-4 weeks every 4 month depending on your playtime, before they get boring again.

game would need major core fixes, but that would require hard work

they'd have to change the complete stat system, loot system, endgame system
seperate a new patch/expansion from the current content so the items cannot be mixed up
hire some guys who know what they are doing
lower the fucking multipliers etc so we dont go from milion to bilion dmg numbers, that would even out the inbalances of the classes
and introduce fucking pvp / reintroduce trade

this will all never happen, ever.
we will get an expansion, max lvl increases from 70 to 80, few new skills, higher stats new class new act thats it.
every1 will be excited when druid is introduced, they will jam their money into blizzards throat and they will swallow it with a big grin on their face laughing at all these idiots wasting their money on this peice of shit game, because all that counts is sales. and as long as the sales dont go down, the numbers on our screens will increase infinite

This game already failed. It doesn't fix the problem, there is no end-game content
