Damn, dude.. your weapon is literally about as bad as it gets. Have you truly never found a better weapon? Wouldn't crafting an arcane barb still be better than that?

Craft reaper's wraps bracers. If you don't have the plan, then kill mathael.

Your amulet is also truly terrible. Virtually anything would be better. Do you have an amulet with crit damage and/or crit chance?

Your build seems flawed. Look at the greater rift leaderboards for proper builds.

Probably start with using your Scoundrel's xbow over yours, reroll the AS on it to % dmg and it'll likely give you more dmg despite the 15% fire although I can't confirm that since I've never really figured out comparisons between weapons that way.

Ditto on the ammy, fire, CC, CD, sox are requirements.

If you're still having hatred issues then craft reapers wraps, if not then I'd still craft one and change out some of the RCR to more toughness stats.

Using Templar will keep you alive longer.

If I see you in the game I'll be willing to assist with anything you need.
Are you in a D3 clan? There are always people, like me, ready to help.

Don't feel too discouraged if your gear is poor and you die a lot. You'll improve. Focus more on having fun and progressing at your own pace. Don't worry about trying to solo any high level greater rifts with ease right now. You should be trying out every character class and figuring out your strengths and weaknesses so that you can play your favorite character that suits your style of play.

Once you figure out which character you play your best with then you can concentrate on elevating your Paragon Levels and all the best gear in the game will drop for you along the way. You'll gamble an amazing item or two from Kadala as well. It just takes some patience and a steady mentality, especially if you are soloing most of the time.

From personal experience I did find that the Barbarian offered me a lot of knowledge towards becoming a highly skilled player. That confidence allowed me to learn how to play all of the other character classes without feeling like I didn't know what I was doing.
