I want to go for GR 50-55 and have some problems survive + make the time in rifts

I use the CDR build to get perma IP.

Should I reroll for 10 CDR or Maybe Vita/life per fury?

do you have enough cdr? if so, roll not cdr. If you need cdr, then roll cdr.
