Apparently hitting PL 600 in 2 weeks is possible? What?

I want to main Barbarian again, it seems like this new Charge 3200% ability is kind of similar?

So I have 200m, and I will hit 70 tonight, what should my spec be at first? What content should I be doing? Should I just be ignoring everything other than crafting materials / gems / legendaries?

Weäll I've played on and off since S3 start and I'm not even plvl600. Sure you can reach that if you blast 40+ Greater rifts with a group several hours a day on end with xp gems and gear on.

If you're running solo, you're better off starting T6 to get trial keys. Then do some low greater rifts to get your gems and go on from there.

As for builds I can't help, just playing monks. Seen people using WW barb with the Wastes set though.

There are people who still play raekor barbs but most play a variation of ww barbs

Waste set + bul kathos weapons = whirlwind

If you wanna goof around you could do so with raekors, pushing high grifts you're pretty much limitied to ww
