Okay, So I have a 70 monk who can clear t2, but what do I need to do to start getting the items I need for the build I want?

Join a T6 and leech, pick up shards, gamble the piece you need the most

What I do is join our games and get drops from the people who kill stuff until you have the gear to do what they do. After a few hours you will get bored and try to transmog your gear and then u'll farm q bother few minutes ml then Uninstall

how about just skipping all the boring stuff and get straight to endgame -> uninstall.
