Does anyone know if the stun effect from the lightning bolt rune from elemental arrow works with the legendary suffix on parthan defenders each stunned enemy with 25 yards increases damage reduction by 9-12%?

it doesn't matter the skill, you get the bonus from each enemy stunned around you, i think frozen also works.
