So I went to Walmart and I got a few things and on the way out I decided to get a video game. Now I noticed the guy acting weird but I just assumed he was on drugs. I said " hey man can you get the Witcher for me?" he said " sure brb". So he comes back with the game and after ringing me up he said that he would get the bag for me. I thought wow what a nice guy.. Was I wrong.

Upon leaving Walmart the Alarm went off and the greeter pulled me to the side and looked at my items and my receipt. A few seconds later her eyes got real big and said ( kinds snickering) "go ahead it's a malfunction". So I went home.

Now here's where it gets bad. I opened my bag and found everything except.. Diablo 3? I know I didn't play for it so why was it in there. I was disgusted. And then it hit me. They set me up and planted this on me. But apparently this is a common theme with stores trying to get rid of this piece of shit.

So I've contacted a lawyer and plan on bringing them to court for public embarrassment.

It was one thing to dismiss the game as just "Game's shit". Now, we're going into the realms of story telling.
If your story bares any truth, though, I must admit, the game must truly be shit.

It is. But then again I played d2 so I'm biased based on the fact that I don't hate blizzard North like d3 players.

A similar thing happened to me, last easter i went to my auntys house for thanksgiving supper, she has 2 kids (my cousins) close to my age that i hang out with whenever i go there, but i only really see them at holidays like new years and christmas and hanukkah and stuff, but anyways theyre good shit they like videogames like me so we had planned for me to stay overnight and play videogames and stuff, which we did, and then next morning when i got home i unpacked my overnight bag and noticed diablo 3 was in it. it frightened me and i puked a little bit when i first saw it, but then i put it together and realized that my cousins must have planted it in there. I told my mom on them but she just didn't understand so she refuses to get them in trouble. I just can't believe my own family would do this to me. you know i probably could have laughed it off after a while but then i realized that it was for the ps3... they don't even have a ps3 and neither do i, it just relaly hurt me im never speaking to them again i can't believe they'd do something like ethat to me.

aw man i would have been so mad!!
