Yep, had that in mind when i replied and i forgot that there aren't useful secondaries other than lak for barb pants.
On second thought they can't get much better than that, your rating is more appropriate.

I'd take 50-100 less stats for better secondaries. I'm not sure why people downplay having 7725 life after kill, especially if you don't have that attribute on your chest/belt/jewelry. It's best to have it on at least one item. 5.1% chance to slow, and obviously 2 pickup radius are nice as well.
