I would like to share a build that I spent less then 1m on and finished inferno a4 (completely solo).
For those of you who don't believe this is the best combination of skills, that is ok because playing styles vary so in the end its about whats right for you.
Stats (Atleast)
30k dps before buffs
400 res all (i finished with 600, and am now at 800 but lower is fine as playing style determines this)
3k armor
10k health globes
30k life
1 piece of mana regen (wep/helm/offhand) - This is very usefull in spamming bears but is not necesary
Skills
Gear (The red is a must, others are extras and help a lot)
As a note im leaving all gold and magic find out because this is a preference, so add it as you like.

WepThere are many options here.
The best bang for your buck will probably be a 900+ damage WD specific dagger with + mana regen and or mana
Go for as much base damage as you can then secondly add crit % damage 50+, and third add int.
Howerver I completed a4 with a 1000 dps dagger with 10 mana regen
Off hand70+ - 250+ Damage mojo
100+ INT
50+ VITLife %
Mana regen
Mana
RingsYou can go with either a defensive combo or offensive combo. I used one of each.
1- Int/vit/res/armor/soc
or
2- Int/crit %/crit % dmg
Work with what you see in ah, because rings can get expensive.
AmuletSame goes for amulet. You can use a offensive one or defensive one.
I happen to come across a good deal on a defensive one so i used it.
1- int/vit/res/armor/soc
or
2- Int/ crit% /crit % dmg
Playing style-------------
This is a very defensive build but doesn't sacrifice much or any offensive capabilities either. The main way to survive is by letting your dogs and garg take the dmg from monsters in front of you.
Your enchantress should usually stay behind you, keeping her alive. If your pets start dieing you get 1 resummon ever 45 seconds on dogs and 1 every 60 on garg. So if your in a nitch and use both your current pets and the resummon and still fail to kill the elites/boss, use spirit walk to run away until the the
cooldown is over. This however rarley happens if you do atleast 30k dps before buffs, because the pets take a large amount of damage before dying.
Using both globes in this build and sould harvest are a MUST. Any time you see a health globe, either get it or wait till life drops and grab. Every globe should give upwards of 5k dmg per depending on your current int. This number only increases as you add dps to your build. Try to always keep atleast a 3 stack
of harvest, but usually keep a 5 stack because its not that hard to do so using spirit walk into a mob patch, using harvest, and running back out.
Bears are your main source of damage to packs of mobs, and darts will be a very acruate way of executing attacks to ranged and more dangerous monsters that you cant get close enough to to use bears.
Here is a short video of examples on playing style with this build.
In this video I will be using 2 pieces I self found however (1 - skorn , 2 - armor)
