I can switch to 258 Base Mf(10 pieces) in under 2 seconds before finishing blow to elites/bosses

i have a friend that has a 150k dps monk, and yeah all yoru other stats suck except dmg. life steal has a cap, loh hit doesnt, therefore loh is much much superior.

if he is dealin yellow dam at like 300k+ , life steal works fantastic.

actually maybe at his crazy dmg... would be like 1500-2600 loh basically with the life steal
