What should I first be doing to fix this character?

Judging by stats what Torment level can I handle?

Have you thought of swapping to d2r? I think diablo4 is slightly more popular than d3. D3 has fallen on hard times.

If it’s been that long the game is entirely different at this point, make a new character and do the season journey for your class set. Once you have the pcombsclass set start to farm rifts to get any supporting legos and a class set that doesn’t suck total eggs. Look for GR pushing/speed builds for one you like and build towards it.
