Hi. I'm playing the second season. I've now attracted the meteor build in the TalRasha set.
The streamers have an almost infinite teleport there.
One of them explained how it's implemented, but my English is not very developed. I didn't understand.
Can you tell me what I'm missing?
My character's teleport cooldown is very long.

Do you use the aether walker wand (in waepon slot or cube) or an ethereal with teleport no longer has a cooldown, but costs 25 arcane power?
because that will remove cooldown on teleport and that is proberly what streamers use.
If this is not the reason share your equipement else it would be difficult to help you.
