level 70 is actually the most difficult level to create a character. this is because most crafted rings are level 69 or 65 or something like that. someone did have a level 64 assassin, it was pretty cool. her vampire gaze which is the best item for an assassin, was socketed with a pul or lem rune. i didnt understand it at the time, but this kind of vampire gaze costs more than 400 high runes. some of these people are that rich. lets see if we can remember one or two names.
