Monk is a pretty good at farming.

TR for MP0-1 quick farming.

FoT / cyclones / overawe (standard build)
FoF / Infused w light (haven't try this myself yet)

I did play the FoT / cyclone build for the logest time ... and I really enjoy the TR / Bell build now.

Basic Monk cookie cutter build:
Ofc ... play with gear and stats to your liking
To save some gold ... craft ammy, shoulders, gloves, bracers

Aim for:
Armour..... 5K+
Life.........45K+
Res........ 600 +
Ehp ....... 650K+


Set bonus 130 dex
Inna helm: 170dex, 70 vita, double res over 100, 6cc
Inna pants: 80dex, 170 vita

Set bonus 7cc
Nats boots: 180dex, 60 vita, 70 all res
Nats ring: high avg dmg or double dex, res, cd, vita if possible

BT chest: high vita (200+), dex, double res over 120 (ehp slots here)
Chest is a free slot unless you go with crit mempo
Some like Tals for the isa

VW: 200 dex, 60 vita, double dex over 110

WH: dex, vita, res

MH: EF with dex, vita OS
OH: 750+ fat rare with dex, vita, LS, 80+cd, OS

Bracer: high dex, vita, double res over 100 and 6cc
Some use Launci for isa

Gloves: high dex, cc, cd, res, (vita & Tri if possible)

Jewelry: avg dmg, dex, vita, res, cc, cd/ias

For even more dmg if you have extra gold:
Mempo w/ high dex & cc
Inna chest w/ high dex, vita, res
LS, OS WKL or super fat rare, dex, 90+cd, LS, OS

I have a question about dps builds. I'm using Faith in the light for the 30% damage as holy buff. Would it be more advisable to switch to bell build?

150K+ dmg is good enough for MP10 if you have sufficent armour, life, all res.
For Bell build ... make sure you can generate spirit to spam bells.
Then its all about play style.
I like the speed of TR ... buzzing around and belling bad guys.

WKL will eat your sword up!

But expensive.

And litany is much much better choice than wailing.

Try switching that up.

What is the best item build for monk when i need to be able to farm keys in (5/7) or even (10).. i got a wizard and a barb aswell in the team?

In your opinion, what's the lowest % lighting damage to look for on a wkl? Nothing under 20%?

umm does anyone here have a cd dex litany to borrow me awhile?

im still really thinking of getting rid of my WKL. in exchange for +35k dps weapon. i got 250k dps atm, and 250k +22% from wkl is 305k. so thats 55k.( if the wkl actually works )
