Use a Cheapo 2hander Mace with Insanely high weapon dmg/dex/%wpn and 1 socket.


asi/cc/cd will be good but not so important as you'll be focusing on pumping your Weapon dmg.
don't be too worried about the "lowish" dps.

about 80k is enough to run an efficient TR build. If you can afford to drop some skill based spirit/sec, drop circ breathing for submission and keep inner storm on. Sub is better for cleaning up after you than firestorm (and cyclones sucks unless you have gg gear).

For budget TR, be sure to focus on hi dex, 1500+ dps .90 aps weapon, and avg dmg on your gear. There's no sense in avoiding crit and chd, but don't prioritize them. And for the sake of spirit gen, do try to avoid ias. You might end up with some on nats ring or inna pants if you pick up these items, but it's not the end of the world.

here is my crude first build for this thing. Pretty budget. Not sure where i can pull any more decent dmg from this build. Certainly not a 1 shot on many minions.
