I remember a couple months back that people were testing whether Schaefer's hammer's lightning damage bonus transferred from a follower to player. Has this been confirmed/denied?

friend says he got it on his first roll, ive crafted about 50 and only got one that i use (on my barb), but ive been crafting vita so need a primary stat roll+ everything else to be really good.
