Is this a dual wield setup that generates tons of spirit for spamming bells ?

i think so,can try it out with a Skorn to see the diference,but,im at work atm,so only later!

SKorn set up doesn't work well for this build simply because you can't spam bells fast enough. When FoF kicks in for multiple mobs, even at 2.5aps that I have, I can't spam all the bells fast enough.

Yea, doing infinite TR run...how can i improve that? I want to MP3 if possible (EXP% higher) and what if i want to go higher mps, like 7+? What build do you recommendo based on my gear? What do i need to change?
