I've got the timing almost down to a science with the Infused Bell build, nearly foolproof. What I do is thunderclap into a pack, get a few hits with that, switch to Fists of Fury and hit a few times THEN hit Infused BW, watch the spirit fill up completely then hit SW and Overawe at the same time, then drop bells w/ overawe until spirit is gone, use FoT until BW cooldown is reset, once reset I switch to FoF for a hit or two, pop BW/Infused, overawe, bells. Important key I've found is to use FoF for a second or so before hitting the Blazing wrath, and also doing so in a larger pack = faster spirit gain.

thunderclap, fists/fury, BW:infused, overawe/sw, bells bells bells/overawe, FoT, FoF, infused, overawe, bells etc. LMK if anyone else uses the same method or something better

^ You got it down. Yep. That's exactly what I do.

I'm playing around with the 3rd passive. It's usually exalted/sti/beacon, but I've been trying out combo strike.

And I took out the spirit regen on the gears and trying to find other mod that's more useful on this build.

yeah I use exalted/STI/combo strike and go back and forth between CS/beacon. I get maybe 35k dmg from CS so it's hard not to want to use that; beacon speeds things up nicely though. With CS you have to make sure to always alternate between FoT/FoF to maintain the boost though

I kinda like the CS better just because the only skill that benefits from the beacon is the boh, which though is the core of this build.

The CS scales with the dmg we got, so it's great for monks that have high dmg. The dmg increase is no joke.

Yeah I'm finding that CS is a better use of the passive slot than beacon since only 1 skill is benefiting from the reduced cooldown like you said

That's interesting, I haven't tried a blind buff yet. It's nice to carpet bomb groups while dropping bells, but the blind buff is just a straight ele % dmg increase. Not sure why it would scale better, except maybe that the ticks are fast and the equation for blind's 30% dmg increase scales with attack speed (it's not just a straight *1.3)

What I have noticed, is that the dot can crit and it's not dependent upon whether the strike itself crits. Also, each hit overwrites the dot (much like EP), so even if it crits, unless you aren't FoF'ing that target anymore, it's gonna get overridden by the next hit's dot.

You dont' have to alternate to keep CS up, you just have to keep the buff up. It's like Sweeping winds. Once it's stacked up all the way, you just need to keep it refreshed or else you'll have to build the stacks again.

I don't use Tclap or cyclones when I'm using infused bells. I have TR on my bar, along with serenity, FoF, infuse, and bell (and mantra). It's essentially the same rotation: FoF dash in, infuse, bell free for 5 seconds.
