The BT chest is a huge boost to ehp.
I still have my BT in stash for PvP.
60 dex, 284 vita, dual res over 120 ... All sockets will vita gems.

I went with crit Mempo + inna chest due to a few reasons.
Gave me 140+ all res.
Lots of HP due to vita and % life.
Gave me over 20k dmg from old helm & chest.

My personal opinion is EF + WKL for dual wield monks.
Yes, some do not like EF fear.
You have to learn to play fear to your advantage.
The +.2x attack speed to both weapons are huge.
Dual weild Monks have to attack fast to regen spirit & life.
And to spam bells. My dual setup attack speed is 2.4. / 2.6

WKL's off paper dmg is just too awesome to ignore.
If you are a paper dmg guy, then WKL is not for you.
My EF + WKL setup is at 232k ... With WKL's extra 21% = 280k unbuffed.
For me to find a rare that gives me 50k more dmg will be a few Bs.

There are no right or wrong builds.
As long as you offensive and defensive stats are balanced at the end.
As for weapons ... It's all personal preference.

Still brainstorming about the new set up.

Anyway, that skill build in my profile works SUPER well. This idea was given by Kylezo, and it works VERY well.

just sniped a super cheap crit wkl and I am loving it. farming mp7 with one ls wepon works fine

want to get more chd but where to get it w/o taking a toll on my survivability cuz I can only do mp6 w/o dying too much
My thought was to get something similar to the unity but w chd and get some more on neck, and gloves

I don't have much gold so try to keep it under 10m an upgrade

Wish I could afford to drop OwE, as soon as I can, I'll be running Beacon of Ytar too Low CD on that free 5 sec of infinite spirit is gg. Overawe bell spam can't be beat.

If I were you, I'd spend some gold on crafting bracers (first of all, you need a fat pair with vit), gloves (secondly) and shoulders. After that try to collect some gold and get natalya's ring with at least average damage and cd, combined with natalya's boots (perhaps with some vit).
You could easily get inna's helm with 150+ vit, sacrificing the lightning res on it, and socket it with an amethyst (I don't think it's worth socketing it with a ruby, since the new patch buffed the exp % on higher mp).
I doesn't fit into your budget, but similar EFs with cd aren't that expensive

do very new monks will be satisfied play mp0 tempest rush for paragonleveling or do they want to go mp1?
