so i remade using that spear and a cc ef. up to 263k unbuffed however the ef is pissing me off lol. seemed like i was doing better in mp7 with 2 rare weapons and 230k dps, fear is just annoying. i still have some things to upgrade and might be able to break 300k but i might just sell the damn spear as i am getting insane offers on it. was thinking of trying bells before i let it go anyone got a link to a guide or even just the skill layout?
for dual weild bell i go with with owe/Chant/seize if you feel like it or you have a build thats not OWE dependant you can use exalted, or if you dont need to armor you can use exalted over seize.
skill wise i go with moc/overawe for groups and solo i go with circula breathing.
then its bells empowered, serenity ascension, sweeping winds cyclone, and tempest rush 25% move
for the main attack i use fot/tc, i like the teleport.
for this build, the main source of spirit gen is from attacking very fast, and requires an absurd amount of spirit management if you plan on acutally using tempest rush.
ontop of that, when you drop a bell you lose your target so you have reclick on the monster after every bell.
