Yes, if you have high dmg. And it all depends on how much lifesteal you have on the set up too.

But yeah, you should be fine.

No, it's totally fine. More dmg with single lifesteal is good enough, especially with balanced ehp stats.

If you have a choice of going for ls ef or cd ef, go for more dmg.

Hell's Bells was quite accurate in my opinion.
Bad Bell Boyz (almost copied from somewhere above), Bellbait, Bell Troopers..
