Sry some of us have to pay rent and cant live off our parents cash while living in their basement

and i would need gas for my car to get to a parking lot = would have to find about 50 quarters, grats

I pay for WoW with my summer job. A very minute part of my summer job. I am not even worried about losing that cash towards books and stuff for college, because the price isn't much to worry about ^_^

It doesn't matter how much they earned with this or that...
They are a business, making money is priority #1...
Put yourself in that position, would you really see it as "oh we have a lot of money already, lets try to stop making so much"?

I say make it play by hour packs.
Every 30 hours of gameplay costs you 10 bucks or something. [which still makes video games one of the cheapest entertainment options on the planet :p]
[after the initial free 30-60 hours]

I could settle for that, as Pay per time period, is not something i enjoy.
what happens if you get real busy one month and end up playing not at all? do you really want to go in and out of canceling just to save money?
rather it just be pay vs what you actually play.

15$ per month is a hell of a lot less than 10$ per 30 hours.

it is if you play more than 30 hours in a month.
im actually thinking more on blizzards side i suppose.
60 hours per 10 dollars then ^_^
the model was just an example anyway.
I dont know what an efficient number would be. But i hate monthly fees.
