Having 350k damage and 100% increased lightning damage is the same as having 700k damage. At least when using Lightning skills. A good balance is best.

I found 2 x Rimeheart and one frostburn recently.
All had crap stats ... so I soul them all.
Hope I find some more soon.

Exploding palm with cyclone strikel is actually the #1 build for monks when doing T5-T6 group play, nothing comes close to the damage you can deal. For singe player, there's some options which all rely on stacking CDR.

Which is shame since palm+pull gets boring after a while, at first seeing 1000-3000M hits is awesome but you just pull, palm, palm, pull...
