It spawns, 50% of the time

Its only a regular chest now

so 50% for a regular chest or 50% for resplen

no, 50% for a regular and 50% for none

i only saw regular not sure, but nobody has confirm a resplendent yet

it's funny cause blizz says "rare" chest

Probably to watch all the exploiters RUSHING like mad, then laughing at them

I believe its supposed to be a one off "rare" chest in the sense that you only do the encounter once and are only supposed to be able to find the resplendent one time.

did like 20 runs+ just now

Following situations have occured:

1) Upon entering the game the town cellar would not spawn
2) Upon entering the game the town cellar did spawn but there is no chest inside
3) Upon entering the game the town cellar did spawn but there is only a regular chest inside


I have failed yet to see 1 rare chest yet.

So yeah Blizzard in there great wisdom has patched this wonderful spot
