Okay, finished my monk now with the 500m:

Pretty much achieved what I wanted to:
- sweet dps buff (that WKL is awesome, love it), got like 10k more paper dps now plus 24% bonus to light skilldmg
- an additional 100 resis, some additional armor
- pretty much same HP as before
- still got the inna's 4 piece bonus
- most important: double lifesteal. Playing with 5.4% lifesteal is just so much comfort, don't wanna miss it right now.
Also, playing without fear is awesome, too

I still have like 50m left from old stuff that I sold, now working on an upgrade for my amulet and for the bracers by crafting.

It depends but yes 24% ms is pretty much a must.

when i hit plvl100, i'd be at 500k ehp without dodge.
i might get myself a WH with blackthorns chest plus higher dex innas pants if i get my hands on some more gold, for high mps

If you pvp a barb that likes to run like a biatch, you can't catch him with 24ms.
I can barely catch him with 24ms + TR tailwind = 49ms
DHs are fast, too.

Are you looking for the Skorn TR / Bell build ?
Huntersghost has a guide for this.

You have 2 options.

Go with 4 pieces innas and helm with at least 1.8 spirit regen. (SW only 5 spirit)
1.8 helm with skill / passives and SW = 14 sr/sec
Enough to perma TR SW and spam bells while hitting elites ( for me its in MP7-10)

Less than 4 piece innas, you have to manage spirit better due to 75 spirit per SW.
You might need to go with innas helm with 2+ spirit and SOJ with 2+ spirit.
As long as SW is up ... its good to go.
Every SW re-cast is 75 spirit.
