So I went with a dual weild setup because I was frustrated with not being able to spam bells and the regen rate with a skorn is slow due to the attack speed. Where to improve here with ~40m?

Just wondering ... your 1.4M crit on Bells.

Is that buffed with overawe and BoH with Skorn & SOJ ?

On a 40m budget I don't see the weapon improvement possible with those kinds of mods. I will certainly look into the ammy though.

just bough me an baron haven... Just search ah for rare ammy with 9 ias 8 cc 90cd dex n avg dmg.

How much dmg you gained from new ammy.
