Current plan: 5x Perfect Star Emerald, 1x Ruby, 1x Amethyst. 150dex+/70vit Inna's Belt. Depending on leftovers: helm with 6% cc, more vit/dex/res.

So are you basically just porting into Festering, killing all the mobs in the woods, then entering the 2 dungeons, killing mobs and starting over?

Nope ... just porting into Crypt of the Ancients.
Clear trash mobs ... I usually kill the elite as well.
Rinse & repeat.

I know the weapon isn't that good, but hard to find other that has decent crit dmg and lifesteal with semilow budget :S (got atm only 2-3m..).

Usually using blinding flash instead of exploding palm.

e: I do decently mp3-4 runs only :S 5 and up are harder and I might actually die

e2: ofc can get more cash if needed, just want to see what upgrade would help me most.

First thing I can see is that your crit damage needs to be higher, and also your gloves/bracers could be crafted to give dual crit or even better, cd cc ias ideally with resist or armor, but try for the best you can/ Crafting isn't too expensive and most of us have had a lot of luck without trying too hard. I'll check out the rest of your stuff.

Yeah amulet too. Everything has crit chance but no crit dmg on it. What is your crit dmg %? It should be 1:10 with critical chance:critical dmg, yours looks to be barely 300. Should aim for ~43%, 400%, higher the better

I got 42% crit chance and 149% crit dmg :S

What build do u use?
I experimented alot, and i favor the most:

Thunderclap
TR
Wol (empowered or explosive - its rly nice to clean this small area)
Healing aura
Serenity (dyin here and there slows down xp)
SW (inner storm)
3x spirit passive

There are soo much good skills, but i just cant make them space: Cyclone, MoC, Blazing wrath,...

Im sure there is better setup for cleanin this place
