Just wanted to add another tip with the bells build. You remember in d2 when using a hdin you would desynch the hammers by casting and moving slightly? With the bells there's a few things...
1) the animation lags a little bit and can get you killed
2) there is a dead zone in front of you, so you may be spamming bells and the monster takes no damage
If you get in real tight with an enemy, move a little bit then start spamming again, get some spirit with your spirit generator, move, cast a bunch, move, etc. If they close in move back a bit. This helps too with desecrator because you will preemptively move out of the way just as a desecration pile appears under you, also helps get out of plagued, molted and so on.
Group play on high mp sometimes just knockback's the elite pack everywhere, especially if multiple monks are using bells without another class type. You have to coordinate the knockback, corner an enemy or have one guy getting spirit and melee while another is bell-spamming.
Just things I've noticed, hope it helps.

Not too much of an expert on the dual wield build. I was going to say drop Blinding Flash, but I see a lot of ppl use it so I can't tell ya... Someone else who uses a dual wield build could probably help you and will reply soon as they see the msg.
