If you would like to go with LTK Scorpion Sting, just get rid of CDR and go for more cc/cd/ias. It's pretty simple.

If someone made a build not needing RORG would unity automatically be the next choice, or would a legacy soj be #2 bis if you had the right one?

I am looking for a little help with a build idea,

I want to go Cold damage on a monk, using main skill as wave of light, mantra of retribution against all odds, momentum passive, and Dashing strike active,

Can anyone suggest the other skills,

And Does CDR work on Dashing strikes charges?
