Do you want to kick the mobs? or drop a rock pillar on the mobs' heads?

The gearing varies a little by this as well.

I'd rather 10% more ele damage then 6-7% attack speed personally.

Does bluster from tempest knock back elites at all?

If not I see not much benefit of using strong arms

I think it does. I played around with it couple weeks back testing.

I can't graphically see them being knocked back, like I can normal mobs.

That's why I questioned it.

The Red dots appear on top of their head.

I can't check right now but I think it did show on all mobs.
