What the passive skills your packing? Dual = 50k? wow

Since there are no worthwhile offensive passives and the defensive ones are really good, I run with the standard one with everything, resolve and seize the initiative.
With 15%+ crit, 2k+ dex, some AS and a couple high dps emerald-socketed weapons you can get over 50k unbuffed, while maintaining enough defensive stats.

With blind and mantra up, the crits go up to 300k easily oneshotting prettymuch any white mob in the game.
I only switch to shield for nasty electro mobs or for ranged mortar groups to block some of that damage. With shield the dps is still around 45k.

Any tips for beating Belial? which primary attack should i use to keep a good "dodge chance" not getting stuck performing a combo while he's gonna smash me with one of his arms

I am into act 2, doing ok, some mobs wreck me. I realise my life is a little low.

What do I concentrate on mainly at this stage?
Res, life, loh, dps?

Anything I can do to improve my build?

I really need to know what to look for in AH to boost my dmg above 16k at least!

was trying out crippling wave when i took ss, but i primarily use FoT with thunderclap rune

HC monk died, didn't feel like playing monk again then decided to pick up my SC monk to play around. I can breeze through act 1 and even skip normal mobs and just kill elites but I can't handle act 3 at all and was wondering where I need improvement. Here's my stats and gear. Which slot should I focus on upgrading first? Rings 1 & 2 are the same.
