Does anyone know how focus and restraint work with the foote flail? will it still proc even though you haven't spent wrath? cause that would be awesome to run around doing perma 50% more dps

When I run Gyrfalcon's Foote do I get heal from wrathfull?

No idea, and not home to test, just try. Remove all other sources of healing and let a mob smack you a few times then smack it back.

I took it off cause I didn't think it was going to proc, but I never checked.

Edit: If other pieces of gear are vital to your build and you'll die in torment test it on like hard or expert.

Well have the true six piece finally. Been testing the provoke/thorns shield. Haven't had time to see the true damage of it but I'll test it on T6 tonight and let you all know.

how do you survive t6 with like no res?

Its actually not bad at all lol. With akarats champion up almost 100% of the time I always have two lives that and life per wrath spent helps tons!

It doesn't work. The skill actually has to spend resource to get the bonus.
