If your DPS is high enough (or conversely, your suvivability is low enough), run War Cry instead of Overpower. I've been doing that with my barb, and it works great; hit a monster once (no weapon switch needed), war cry, and you have enough fury for battle rage. It's all downhill from there. Found that this gets going faster than the standard weapon switch tactic.

But if you do want to do that, I say battle rage first, otherwise a WW is just wasted fury.

If you list the order in which you use skills to build rage.

Does it go like this:

1. Hit stuff with fury weapons.
2. Got some rage, great! Do you pop Battle Rage or WW first then into BR ?
3. Overpower and switch? Or switch then OP?
4. ???

in order its hit 3 times (usually gets 20 fury), battle rage, over power ww into pack, wraith.

Is the healing from fury spent at all significant? Obviously this build burns and builds crazy fury, so I could see it potentially being at least helpful lol.
