seems like the trend is, the higher you plvl the items seem to be on a "hoe nudda levol". Do you concur?
I'd say per monster killed in higher MP, you're more likely to get good shit. That's a given because of a mixture of your base magic find, and the chance of double loot increasing per MP level.
However, I really don't think MP itself affects the quality of your legendary items, if I recall correctly, MF is entirely ignored in determing what your properties are, just how many you have - Meaning that once you roll a Legendary, it's the same Legendary whether it's found at 0% MF, 100% MF, 400% MF, or 800% MF.
Don't know for sure, not an expert on the subject. I've had good drops at lower levels, IE my IK Gloves are self found, ID'd at 28 Paragon.

Shit myself, because at the time they were worth more than my entire Barb tbh.. But yeah - I do find I get more Legendary items at 70 paragon, than I did earlier. It's because I have more MF, and because I farm a higher MP in the same time I used to be able to farm a lower MP, due to simple character progression. But pound for pound, do I think my Legendary items are better? No. My brimstone stack still grows at an alarmingly fast rate.
-I misread your question when I answered it, thinking you said mplvl, instead of plvl, but I think the response should still make sense. NN Editing, 7 AM been awake a longass time.
