Wow...the rank one guy is 95. What the actual f**k is he doing?

24/7 farming in act 3 hes doing around 30-45million gold / hour just look his elites killed in 1 day and mobs should explain it for you

Either that or there's an exploit he can do 24/7. I say this because the ranks 2-5 people aren't even near him.
